Can I stop a quiz halfway through and come back to it later?


Yes! The Academy is flexible, and we understand the need to multi-task and pause.
 
Is there a time limit on any of the quizzes?


No! You have the ability to answer them in your own time without any time pressure, however, please note the Academy will log you out automatically after 45 minutes or so for security purposes.
 
Can I re-do any tests that I have already passed?


No, however, if you've passed then great! Although the quiz is unavailable after you have passed, the Training Videos are available to access on your Portal, again 24/7.
 
Can I go back to watch the video again?


Yes! You can either use the back button on your browser or select the relevant video from the course dropdown menu at the top of the page.
 
Can I print my certificate?


Yes! Once you have completed a course, you will be issued with an e-certificate to mark your achievement, and they can be printed!
