Description
The Helpdesk module provides a central management platform for logging & resolving all issues across an estate. In this section, we'll cover how to:

- make new fault submissions
- manage the submissions log
- assign faults to the relevant team member
- change priorities of faults
- add notes, files and images to each submission to document resolution progress and update the reporter
