Facility Bookings can be used to manage bookings for an array of shared facilities; such as loading bays, meeting rooms, hot desks, fitness facilities or even roof terraces. 

When configuring the Facility Bookings functionality on your portal, we'll configure booking parameters to your specifications. You'll be able to define which of your Staff & Occupiers have the permission to make bookings, the bookable times of the facility, maximum advance bookings, maximum number of upcoming bookings and a whole host of other options.

Admin users will be able to view a log of upcoming bookings for each of your facilities and standard users will have access to an intuitive booking experience, including customised confirmation emails.
