This section covers the basics, following this course you'll be able to complete the following:

- post an Announcement to engage and communicate with the correct group of tenants and staff within your building
- manage events and building information within your secure and personalised Calendar
Announcements can now be configured to include tags, giving your Occupiers flexibilty over the communications they receive.
Portal users can also now subscribe to the Calendar from their chosen mail provider.
